I attend fitness classes regularly but I was missing elements of wellness and Rachel supplied the weight training expertise to compliment my other practices.

I am over 50, so resistance training is crucial to my long term wellness goals.

To spend a session with Rachel’s positive life-affirming outlook, her university training as an Athlete, her intelligence and joyful spirit is something I look forward to every week. But since this is really about results, I am grateful that her approach is getting me the muscles and mindset that I need for optimum health.
