TRX can be an intimidating piece of equipment to use. Being suspended while doing push ups and doing a single leg lunge is not easy and requires some patience in getting used to. Our incredibly knowledgable instructor team will guide you through the foundational TRX movements so you can crush your next TRX workout with confidence. Learn how to adjust the TRX straps properly, how to progress or regress certain exercises and engage the right muscles to get the most out of your full body workout. Only 7 spots are available so you get the personalized attention you deserve.

Our TRX format has minimal rest, a ton of variety, explosive cardio rounds with bouts of strength on and off the TRX using a variety of equipment.
