Personal Trainer at Studio Revolution

Hi, I'm Lindsay.

My background with exercise began personally as an athlete and self-proclaimed adventurer. I needed to know more so I chased a pursuit of passion for a deeper understanding and education for health and wellness within exercise.

I believe in fitness to maximize all of the amazing experiences that we can have in life. Whether it is paddling out past the break, climbing the tallest peaks, or just feeling amazing and energized in every aspect of life.

I completed my PFT diploma at Mount Royal University. From there I designed customized programs for The Glencoe Club Competitive Rock Climbing Team and I teach group fitness at the Glencoe Club based around strength, weight loss and performance within climbing.

I train clients for a variety of fitness goals in the gym at Studio Revolution. I am confident that I can provide you with a beneficial training experience and the tools to perform at your best no matter what your life requires of you.

Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology CPT

  • Certified Personal Trainer designation with the gold standard of exercise

Mount Royal University PFT Diploma

  • Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma

TRX Advanced Training Certificate

  • Circuit training and precision form training

TRX Functional Training Qualification

  • Including RIP training and kettle bell qualification
