I was lucky to live the life I love from such a young age. I was a professional and competitive Highland Dancer for 15 years, performed throughout Ontario with a Scottish Dance Troupe and competed solo worldwide. I later obtained my associate teaching degree with the British Association of Teaching Dance and taught competitive dancers for five years. I was introduced to Pilates and Yoga by one of my instructors to help strengthen and lengthen my body and was amazed by the increased body awareness and physical strength it cultivated. It’s amazing what a regular practice can provide an individual physically and mentally.
I gets the results clients desire by programming safe, challenging and energizing workouts. I have my certification in STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Zenga, Special Populations and Injuries, Yoga Alliance 200hrs YTT, TRX Group Fitness instructor, Surfset Certified and AFLCA portable equipment and spin instructor. I am devoted to advancing my knowledge through workshops so I can keep things fresh, challenging and versatile. I am so pleased to have a job that leaves me feeling inspired everyday. I love working with people and getting to know my clients to help them surpass their fitness goals. Seeing their results is amazing!

I love to travel abroad with my hubby and experience things, especially if it involves the beach and the sun! You can find me outside cycling, running or hitting up the mountains to indulge in any activity that allows me to soak in its beauty. My friends and family mean the world to me, so I love enjoying my time with them entertaining with good food and a great glass of vino.
