On Wednesday, July 19th from 9:30-10:30am you will help expand your body’s physical and mental limits through breath and movement in this energizing core focused flow class. Learn how and feel what it’s like to engage your core properly in this fusion class. Inspired by Pilates principles and Vinyasa flow yoga we will build heat from the inside out, strengthen and lengthen muscles, finishing with a short Savasana in the sand to soak it all in. This class is on a yoga mat, NOT our SURFSET boards.
