STUDIO REVOLUTION MAKES WAVES WITH SOURCE SNOWBOARDS AND ROXY FITNESS
This weekend we teamed up with Roxy Fitness and Source Snowboards for a free shredder specific circuit and yoga sweat sesh (a very hot sweaty mess of a time)!
Whether you snowboard, skateboard, surf, or wakeboard you need to strengthen your muscle stabilizers in order to improve performance and shred safely. These exercises are designed to strengthen areas so you can prevent future boarder related injuries to your knees, spine and more.
The stronger your supporting stabilizer muscles are (like those 6 pack abs and booties) the more control you’ll have carving it out and the longer you’ll be able to shred.
